Donations help provide diabetes self-management and prevention education workshops, early detection screening, eye and foot exams, diabetic friendly cooking courses, fitness classes and medical assistance. 





Donate Online- Memorial Donation
Memorial contributions can express condolences and honor the life of a loved-one that has passed away. When a memorial contribution is received at Ruby A. Neeson Diabetes Awareness Foundation, Inc., the organization will notify the deceased’s family of the donation, and send a thank you letter to the donor. All memorial contribution donors will receive recognition during Ruby A. Neeson Diabetes Awareness Foundation, Inc. annual Sapphire Gala held in November, during Diabetes Awareness Month. Donate Online- Holiday Sock Drive: 
'Sock-It to Diabetes is a community service mission, collecting new socks to be distributed to homeless people in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Please consider making a monetary donation to support this mission. A $5.00 donation provides 5 pairs of socks. These needed socks help reduce risk of infection and life-threatening foot complications.

All proceeds from the sale support our outreach and education efforts of aiding those affected by diabetes in low-income and rural communities. We accept new and gently used items that are appropriate for resale.
