We love almond milk! Not only does it taste great in our, "Very-Berry Smoothie" recipe, almond milk also aids in healthy digestion; as well as keeps your heart healthy, your skin glowing, and your bones strong. Most of all, almond milk barely impacts your blood sugar. Almond milk (with no additives) is low in carbs, which means it will not significantly increase your blood sugar levels. What a awesome way to fight diabetes!
